Disability Benefit


Description
Benefit paid to a person who is born with or suffers from some form of disability during childhood affecting their wholesome development to perform activities of daily living; and

(b) suffered a disability resulting from injury , accident or otherwise during adulthood at a time that the person may have not been in permanent employment and such disability has resulted in preventing him or her from continuing with the employment until retirement age.

Eligibility
Proof of disability or incapacity by medical documents
the child attends medical examination as required by the Agency

Validity
To be determined by medical board at Department of Health

Required documents
• Valid ID card of claimant and child
• Medical report from Department of Health
• Active bank account details
